How to increase acetic acid content of vinegar?

I have a bottle of 6% vinegar. If I leave the cap off, will water evaporation make the acetic acid percentage increase? Or will the acetic acid evaporate as well as the water?

Smell of the open bottle is part of the answer.
Look for the boiling points.
