hey there
When it comes to Electronegativity, which element is bonded most strongly to its electrons? Is it flourine?
& also...
Which element will release it's electrons with the least amount of "fight?"
PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH.

As any good chemistry book would tell you if you liiked for your homework
:bruce_h4h:  :rocket: :nono:...Fluorine has a Pauling electronegativity of 4.0- the highest. Cesium has the lowest electronegativity at 0.7 I believe. OK so maybe I did get carried awy with the smilies...
