Stoichiometry Problem With Atoms

Hi, my name is Karina and i'm taking chem 121. I'm having a problem remebering how to complete this problem : A sample of glucose, contains 1.250x10^21 atoms of carbon. How many atoms of hydrogen does it contain? I know that I need to start with the given and convert it to moles, but how do I get from carbon to hydrogen?

So the ratio of H to C atoms is 2:1.
