Hello,

I want to give some advices for SN2 reaction.

Does the SN2 reaction of vinyl chloride, H2C=CHCl occur with HO-R ?

and then, are products of this reaction H2C=CH-O-R and HCl?

How do you imagine yourself a nuclephillic substitution in this case?
