i wanna know why does not the cardiac glycoside scillaren give positive Legal s Test for unsaturated lactone ring

Look up the structures of cardiac glycosides, as I just did by typing in to Google 'cardiac glycosides chemistry structure' You will find most contain an unsaturated lactone ring, either 5 or 6-membered.
