somebody know how is called the h2co2 (it's not formic acid)

I find everywhere (everywhere being what google pops up when I searched for dioxirane) that (CH3)2CO2 is dimethyl dioxirane, so I am going to assume that your compound is simply dioxirane...which is also what chemdraw spits out as the answer.
