calculate percentage of toluene

What percentage of toluene (octane rating = 114) would be present in a mixture with heptaine (octane rating = 0) to give a fuel with very high octane rating of 95?

I don't know if this is true, but I wanted to try:
(%vol. toluene) = 100 * (octane number of mixture/octane number of toluene)
(%vol. toluene) = 100 * (95/114) = 83?
