I have a question regarding enzyme dilutions on enzyme kinetics: acid phosphatase from wheat germ.
Now it does not say what the dilution it is, only to calculate the volume of enzyme needed to add 0, 0.0250, 0.0500, 0.100, 0.200, 0.400, 0.600, 0.800 mg of acid phosphatase to the reaction. How do I figure out much (uL) of enzyme I need to add to the acid phosphatase? I'm working with 25.0 mM NPP (0.200mL) along with citrate buffer and I'm to bring the dilution to 5.0mL. The NPP is constant but I have to figure out how much enzyme to add to determine the amount of citrate buffer to add.
Help me please. Thanx.
