Finding temperatures PLZ HELP ME!!

I need some help with this problem because,for some reason, i dont really get it:

A 245 g piece of copper at room temperature(25 degrees Celsius) loses 456.7 Joules of heat.What will its new temperature be? ??? ???

q (value in joules) = specific heat (Cu) x mass Cu x (Tf - 25 deg)

can you find Tf?
