pH, adding Strong Base to (buffered?) Solution

Calculate the pH after 0.18 mol of NaOH is added to 1.00 L of the solution that is 0.48 M HF and 1.03 M KF.

Is looking up the Ka value of HF required? I looked it up and attempted to use it, but I still am getting a wrong answer. I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer! I've been spending forever on this damn problem..

pKa = 3.45, yes it is required. Adding NaOH changes both concentration of HF and F-.

There is a huge concentration of F-. Henderson-Hasselbach formula will give you a pH different from real one by 0.2 to 0.3 pH unit.
