oxamic acid chloride

i want to synthesize  acyl chloride of oxamic acid but suffering problems due to low solubility of oxamic acid
can anybody suggest me convinient procedure for synthesis of oxamic acid chloride (NH2COCOCl)

What are your educts and reaction conditions (temperature, solvent...) ?
