Hi,

what is the hybridization of the nitrogen atom in aniline? sp2 or sp3?

What would your guess be?  Why?  If you don't have a guess, what about the problem is giving you problems?

Welcome to the forum!  :)

Aromatic amines are planar, alkyl amines are tetrahedral. Can you now tell the hybridization of the N-atom?
In which orbital is the lone pair?

Yes it's sp2-hybridized. And where is the lone pair?
