AWK, that reminds me of how absinthe is meant to be served, if you have ever seen it properly consumed, theres a special sort of slotted ornamental wooden serving spoon for it, sugar cubes are placed on the spoon, and some absinthe is poured onto the sugar, soaking it, then set alight, then the remaining absinthe to be added to the glass is poured through the burning sugar into a glass.
Then water is added, turning it cloudy like pernod or pastis.
Truly lethal stuff, absinthe, but its entertaining to watch, and the ceremony of preparing it, sort of adds to the atmosphere and mystique.
