Allylic Grignards

I haven't read anything about allylic Grignard reagents yet... I'd like to do this general reaction below, is it possible to use an allylic Grignard like that?

EDIT: perhaps vinyl grignard would be a better way to put it.

It is possible to use vinyl magnesium bromide (shown in your scheme) as well as allyl magnesium bromide.
