Specific rotation with 633 nm light source
« on: April 06, 2008, 09:24:16 PM »
I need the specific rotation of glucose and fructose at 633 nm for an experiment. All the information I can find seems to be for the standard sodium line. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I would be very grateful for any help.

Any reason you're not using the sodium D line(s)?

Maybe the data isn't out there simply because it hasn't been reported (yet)?
