CH3-CH2-O-CH2-CH2-CH2-Cl

Indicated in my instructor's notes that it's 3-chloropropyl ethyl ether.

Can it also be 3-chloro-1-ethoxypropane?  Or is it 1-chloro-3-ethoxypropane?

Does the lowest # get assigned to the left of -O- or does it get assigned to the right of -O-?
