Calculating the Equilibrium Constant

Yes, I'm lost again.  :'( Unfortunately, I couldn't find a similar example to this problem explained in my textbook, and I'm confused about errrrr, everything after what I can try.

I need to understand how to obtain the correct answer of 1.2 x 10^29, please and thank you!

Why did you divide the first Kc by 3
