H NMR Spectrum of Melamine

Why is it that I am unable to get a H NMR Spectrum of Melamine (0.01 M solution in D2O? Melamine is completely soluble at this concentration.

Considering its structure, I'd suggest you get H/D exchange, like any amine or carboxylic acid..?
