Just out of curiousity, what time zone are the forum times based on? Cause its 3:15pm here in Phoenix right now. Too bad PHP doesn't adapt the time stamp for each individual user

It does, you can change your settings in your profile. But, profiles are currently down because of a modification we're having problems right now:
