Please check the problem on Boyles Law
« on: March 05, 2008, 10:35:19 PM »
Please help solve this problem. Thank you.
The volume of a gas at STP is reduced from 4.0 L to 0.5 L What is the new pressure?
My solution:
P2=1 atm x 4.0 L / 0.5 l = 8 atm

Is this correct? Thank you

Please put your series of questions and answers listed in one post. I believe you were already asked to do so. Be warned.
