noodle turns black color ??
« on: March 26, 2008, 08:18:37 AM »
This is what happen.

I took 50 ml of distilled water and added 4~5 drops of povidone-iodine. There is a little color at 1st. After that, I rinsed uncooked instant noodle into the solution and eventually the water turns into dark blue.. Then I added a tablet of Vitamin C and it decolourised ( though it is a little milky ). Anyone know what happenned throughout the experiment?

Google starch and iodine. Then google vitamin C and iodine. Then write 1000 times "I will use google before asking questions on the forum".
