B. AsH4
C.CO2
D.BCl3
E. cl2

I know its not ash3 becasue its as compound and its not cl2 because its nonpolar

draw the lewis structures for each, that should give you a hint as to the polarity of the molecule and whether or not it has a dipole-moment.
