NMR inequivalent protons change 90 degree flip angle?
« on: September 21, 2007, 10:33:49 PM »
I used a sample in which all protons were chemically and magnetically equivalent.
But what if I used a sample with magnetically inequivalent protons? Would they all have the same 90o flip angle?

I believe the T1 time would definitely increase because of the inequivalency. But im not entirely sure the flip angle would change...

if the flip angle does change, can someone help me understand why the flip angle would change?

thanks
