So in a reaction  if you get an aqeuous product like KCL. Does that mean actually the product is in K+ and Cl- form and they have written KCL instead of K+ and Cl- to make it easier.

If it is in water - yes. KCl(aq) means K+ + Cl-.

Thanks heaps Borek. :). Another point for you. I think my problem is solved now (finally  ;D).  Understanding these little stuff can make a big difference.

Seems like you had gaps in you knowledge, now that they are filled it should all click together :)
