Need desperate help with calculations

1.How much of alcohol 95% is required to make 2 litre of a 19%
2. Convert the following into 1 in
42. 12.5%
43. 67mg in 10 ml

3. How much solid drug is required to prepare the following solutions?
44. 350ml of a 4.5%
45. 0.3 litre of a 0.8%

5. The relative molecular mass of sodium chloride is 58.4, what mass would be required to prepare 200ml of a solution containing 150millimoles per litre?
