I personally do not understand why tetrahydrofuran is listed as C4H8O

you'd think because it says tetrahydro, it would have only 4 hydrogens

so, what is the deal here  :Confuzzled:

First off, nice name, "For the Greater glory of god". I had to take latin in a jesuit high school!  :D

It's tetrahydrofuran because furan is C4H4O.
