I am a new member. I dont' know where else to ask the following so am I asking in this forum: I am trying to post pictures to help in asking my question. I don't know how it works. When I click insert image, all I get is "." What am I doing incorrectly?

When I hit the 'Insert Image' button, above this text block, I get:

|img||/img|

Presumably, you put your image's HTML link in between.  I usually upload an attachment, under Additional Options, below this text block.
