Unfortunately I don't have a University of Liverpool username, so I can't access that link directly. Do you have the actual reference in form like
J. Org. Chem., 2002, 67, 5226 or similar?
As to the chemistry, consider
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Oxime&oldid=204562221 . Will have a think about the second bit, possibly nitrile oxide formation then cyclisation
a la http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/S0040-4039(01)00631-1 or similar.
Posting images is reasonably straight forward - below this (the place you type text into) box there's a header marked Additional Options. Assuming you can actually draw the stuff out and paste into a graphics program (or directly, in some cases) you can then upload images from disk Alternatively in the formatting box (above) there's an option for images 2nd row, 2nd from the left, which produces |img||/img| (with different brackets), just put the URL for an image in the first box if it's online somewhere.
