Has anyone run into problems with a small baseline pulse in a conductivity detector? I'm running a Dionex 2000i Cation Chromatograph and am seeing a baseline pulse of about 0.8 MicroSeimens.
I've tried cleaning the detector with 1N HCl and water, setting the temperature compensation to 0, and even switching in a new detector. Nothing seems to work. I also know it isn't a power supply problem because I am running anions in series and that detector remains stable.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
