How does the polarity of solvents effect Sn2 reaction?
I know polar solvents can stabilize the carbocation by solvation in an sn1 reaction, does this happenin Sn2?

You want a polar aprotic solvent. Hydrogen bonding will decrease the reactivity of the nucleophile in SN2 reactions.
