Hello, I don't know if my question is appropriate but:
I am in a need of amino acid production details! More precisely: continuous production of aspartic acid with immobilized E. coli from fumaric acid and ammonia(ammonium fumarate).
I need the process in detail, with the necessary parameters, process flow diagram (economic info is a +)... My task is to simulate the whole process in a simulation programme but I don't have the experience for industrial processes.
Can anybody help me?!
