Does anyone know a good book or internet site where I could find
1
H and
13
C chemical shifts for more exotic compounds like organometallics and silanes.

Look for some books with 'multinuclear NMR' in their title.

Well I already did that and best one could find was J. Mason's Multinuclear NMR (1987), but it had only a small fraction of shifts I need.
Maybe I've should put recently published books or spectral collections.

If you're looking for specific compound data, try using scifinder, crossfire or another like search engine. The spectral data for many compounds is not compiled in any one particular area.

It's not specific compounds I'm after, but possible shift regions and common shifts of certain type of compounds. And Scifinder hasn't found anything useful I could access. Maybe I should just calculate the possible shifts.
