Is there a good, up to date isotope table available on the internet?

For your purposes, no. I use this one for general purposes http://ie.lbl.gov/education/isotopes.htm

I keep a table at my office with a pencil to write over the old stuff as new data gets added.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

You used to have isotope.something site with isotope table, I don't remember the link and I can't find it now - does it still exist?
ChemBuddy chemical calculators - stoichiometry, pH, concentration, buffer preparation, titrations.info

Actually I've downloaded most of the isotope data from Wikipedia and  periodictable.com into an excel spreadsheet, but its 2.83mB! I will send you a copy if you contact me, my e-mail is in my profile
