How to analyse the free acid in diethyl oxalte by titrimetry or by any means?

Free oxalic acid? Plenty of methods, starting with alkalimetry, through redox to gravimetric. I suppose trick will be to not hydrolize oxalate, but I have no idea how stable it is.
