How do you measure the strength of a magnet? What unit is it, and what elements or magnets have the highest magnitude on that scale?

The magnetic field  has the SI units of teslas (T), equivalent to webers per square meter (Wb/m²) or volt seconds per square meter (V s/m²). [2][3][4] In cgs units,  has units of gauss (G). The vector field  is measured in Amperes/meter (A/m) in SI or oersted (Oe) in cgs units.
