Help with stoichiometry
« on: September 10, 2008, 07:47:06 PM »
Ok so, I need to find the mass of 25.0mL of 0.10 molar strontium chloride solution.

Should i find the mass of the strontium chloride as a solid to find the limiter..or can i find the limiter by using the mass of the copper(2) sulphate in 50 mL of water and the mass of the strontium chloride solution?

Someone please explain this to me >.<

If you have 25mL of a 0.1 M solution, how many mols do you have?
If you have that many mols, what is its mass?

Are you looking for the mass of solution, or for the mass of dissolved strontium chloride?

No idea what you refer to. Please elaborate. Are you solving question about the mass of strontium sulfate that will be preicipitated from strontium chloride and copper sulfate mixture?
