Synthesis help: what to do with glycerol triacelate

Hello,

I need help with a problem set:

does anybody have suggestions what to do with
glycerol triacelate (glycerol esterified on each OH-Group with an azelaic acid molecule).

(Making drugs, polymers, ... ???)

Any idea welcome.
