A question about potassium dichromate

I have learnt that potassium dichromate act as a oxidizing agent in acidic solution, how about in neutral or alkaline conditions? Are there any relevant half-equations for them?

Potassium dichromate is stable only in acidic conditions.
In basic conditions K2CrO4 exists
