Lucas Test and Diols

Let's say you had compound with both a primary and secondary alcohol such as 1,2-propanediol.  Would such a compoud pass the Lucas Test?  Would you see an oily material as an emulsion/separate layer?  And if so, how long would this reaction take?

Well, I know that the Lucas test identifies a secondary alcohol by the formation of cloudiness within 2-5minutes or through gentle heating because it's a slow reaction.
Primary alcohols show no reaction, only a clear solution.
I hope this helps...
