Organic compound structure

Hi...
I'm a newbie here...
Please someone tell me whether this structure (attached) is an organic compound. My supplier said it was an organic, well i need to be sure... ;D

There is nothing to elaborate on, it is an organic compound that has a metal ion in the center.  That is all.
