Second Order Reaction, Half life

I am stuck on this question, thanks for any help.
For the second-order reaction, 2NOCl(g) → 2NO(g) + Cl2(g)
the half-life is 5.82 hours when [NOCl] = 4.46 M and at 25C. How long will it take for the reaction to be 75.0 % complete from the start ?

What is the equation for the half life of a second order reaction?

I know the equations, I don't know how to solve it.

If the reaction is 75% complete, how much starting material do you have?
