Hi Dr Russell, For the Molecular Modeling Lab, how should we go out trying to contrust the 'purse/pocket' molecule for our isomer to fit into. Our TA had no idea, I was just wondering how we would even begin to create something like this. Thanks.

You need to think about the dimensions of the molecule you are trying to "pocket." Then consider what kind of bonds, bond angles, and bond lengths you need to put together to make the encasement. --AAR
