hi.
does anyone know what are the factors that can modulate the secretory response of the adrenal medulla and also the factors that can modulate the response of target tissues?
I tried to googled it but can't find any answers.

I think that is no small answer, there, sir! I believe there are a lot of things that can modulate it. The question is a bit too broad for me to tackle

You might need to do some extensive reading
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bookshelf/br.fcgi?book=endocrin&part=A442
http://www.vivo.colostate.edu/hbooks/pathphys/endocrine/adrenal/medhormones.html
I would also suggest reading some Physiology texts on the adrenal system
