diacetonalcohol - chelating power
« on: January 28, 2009, 05:06:15 PM »
Hi,

I'm a conservator and I observed reaction between diacetonalcohol and a copper-containing pigment. The pigment fadded off completely.
As I already heared about a chelating effect of this solvent I searched for more information but I didn't find anything.

Can someone help me, that's very important for my job.

Thank you,

Sophie
