Law of mass action

Hi there,

I am doing research where I have to make use of law of mass action.
Can someone please confirm if the law of mass action can be used  for ONLY reversible reactions or can it be used if we have a ONE way reaction for example:
G :rarrow:6CO2+36ATP ?
