In N2+3H2-->2NH3+Heat
If you add heat (which is on the product side) the reaction receives the stress on the right, therefore it will shift to the left to re-establish equilibrium (to get rid of the stress).

Yes you are right molecules are part of the system and also the spaces it occupied. It's very important to define your system right especially in Physics.

SO when you say the system wants to remove the heat, does it mean like the surrounding specifically wants to remove the heat, so it passes down to molecules? so thus the 'equation' we have shows that the molecules are taking in the heat/endo. btw, since i am usually confused with system, I did poorly in physics.  :P
