A Quick TLC Question

With an eluent of ethyl ethanoate, which do you think would have a greater affinity for a mobile phase salicylic acid or acetylsalicylic acid?

Can you predict this by looking at the intermolecular forces between each compound and the mobile phase? That's what I hoped..

I'm still in the high school equivalent in the uk.

Oh sorry, I moved it.  You may be in the high school but this is still an organic chem question, which is why I put it here.

My guess is salicylic acid. Additional -OH moiety enables hydrogen bonding with the -COO- moiety in ethyl ethanoate.
