Can someone explain why ring structures enhance fluorescence?
« on: October 19, 2010, 02:08:56 PM »
I think I understand the basics of fluorescence but I don't understand why a ring structure would result in fluorescence. Does someone have an explanation/link on such info?

Thanks!

Think rigidity.
Stereograms of the 32 crystallographic point groups: little bike wheels of cold, hard, pure rationality.
