Cell Notation

Hi i need help in understanding the cell notation used for metal insoluble salt electrodes. I get most of the questions wrong because i cant understand what the following means and weather it is an anode or a cathode. Please help out'

Cl-|AgCl(s)|Ag(s)    -Dunno what this is?
