Acid Nomenclature

So I'm having some major issues with Acid Nomenclature. Here are some of the examples that I have to do:
Write the formula....
Nitric Acid
Acetic Acid
Sulfurous acid

and

Name the acids...
HClO4
HNO2
HC2H3O2

THANKS SO MUCH! I know i'm asking a lot but an explaniination wiould be nice too so i just dont have answers and know what i'm doing.

See if the above links help. Usually the formal name of the acids are related to its conjugate base. Acetic acid is a common name or formely known as ethanoic acid.
